Nice and welcoming atmosphere and great location to wonder around the central Vienna area

Very good location. Close to all main attractions by foot or if needed close to the subway for coming back after a long day of walking.
The price is too high for the quality. Vienna has a very good subway system. Next time I would stay out of the downtown area and close to a subway station to reach the town center. I would venture I could get a better stay for the money and still reach downtown within 20 min with the subway.

Very nice experience, the hotel is ideal with amazing location close to the U-bahn. Budget, silent room with elegant interior, ac, for instance. What an exceptionally nice and outstandingly accommodating staff! Perfect service, parking nearby. The fast check-in process too.

The hotel was on a good location, a couple of minutes walking to the underground and in 15 minutes you find yourself near the Stephansdom. Our room was very quiet and the breakfast was fine. The staff was helpful and friendly.
The room was very old-fashioned and the bathroom a bit small. Also the breakfastroom became a little too crowded at peak hours.

The hotel is a family run business on the 2nd floor of a residential beautiful old Wien building. It is an unpretentious b&b that promises exactly what it offers. The location is superb, walking distance from most of the main attractions and very well served by underground station, buses, trams. Being in a side little street it is very quiet despite being in the centre of Vienna. Being not far from the university and the Rathaus, there are very nice bars and small restaurants nearby if you want to stay local in the evening. It is also a very safe area. The reception staff was very helpful and kind. They are present till very late, but you also get the building front door key for your independance. The rooms have basic furniture but are clean and beds comfortable. Good shower in bathroom, towels changed daily , soap provided but not shower gel or shampoo. If you need hairdryer you can borrow one from reception. Breakfast is ok for starting the day. If you are in Vienna for visiting the city and want to be close to all amenities, in a safe, clean place, at a reasonable price, this is a good choice.
We were in a two bed room, and compared to the double rooms (with double bed) it was much smaller. We would suggest changing tv sets and put modern ones with remote control and flat screens, that would also save space. Although we were ok with what was served for breakfast, breakfast staff was not particularly friendly, very different from the reception staff (kind and helpful).

What an absolute disaster. The rooms were not sound proof at all, and I could hear every ridiculous detail from the neighbors. It was appalling. Who thought that having two tiny blankets instead of one decent size was a good idea? I almost gave a good review until I realized they didn't even bother to acknowledge my stay. Ridiculous!
